All services are provided based on project agreements and client requirements.
3. Project Agreements
Before starting any project, the following conditions may apply:
A clear project scope will be discussed with the client.
Project timelines depend on the complexity and requirements.
Clients must provide necessary content, images, and information for the website.
Failure to provide required materials may delay the project timeline.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in the project proposal. The following general terms apply unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Deposit:A deposit of 50% of the project total is required before work begins.
- Final payment:The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before final files or source code are delivered.
- Retainer clients:Monthly retainer fees are due on the 1st of each month.
- Late payments:Invoices not paid within 14 days of the due date may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month.
- Suspended work:I reserve the right to pause work on a project if payment is more than 14 days overdue.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, you will own all custom work created specifically for your project, including final design files and source code, unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.
The following rights and restrictions apply:
- Third-party assets:Fonts, stock images, icons, or libraries used in your project are subject to their own licenses. You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate licenses for continued use.
- My portfolio:I retain the right to display completed work in my portfolio, case studies, and social media unless you request otherwise in writing.
- Tools & frameworks:I retain ownership of any proprietary tools, templates, or frameworks I develop independently — even if used in your project.
- Before full payment:All work created remains my intellectual property until the project invoice is paid in full.
6. Limitation of Liability
I will always do my best work and stand behind its quality. However, my liability is limited as follows:
- My total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total fees paid for that project.
- I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
- I am not responsible for issues arising from third-party services, hosting providers, or platforms used in your project.
- I am not liable for security breaches that result from outdated software, plugins, or failure to follow my post-launch maintenance recommendations.
7. Third-Party Tools and Services
This website or related services may include third-party tools such as:

Analytics tools
We are not responsible for the policies or performance of these external services.
8. Client Responsibilities
A successful project requires collaboration. As a client, you agree to:
- Provide all necessary content, assets, credentials, and feedback in a timely manner.
- Respond to questions and review requests within a reasonable time (typically 3–5 business days).
- Ensure that any content, images, or materials you provide do not infringe on third-party rights.
- Designate a single point of contact for project communication to avoid conflicting instructions.
- Not hold me responsible for project delays caused by late feedback, missing content, or unclear requirements.
Project timelines are estimates based on prompt collaboration. Significant delays on the client side may result in rescheduled delivery dates.
9. Confidentiality
I understand that you may share sensitive business information in the course of a project. I agree to keep all non-public information you share with me confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your written consent.
Likewise, I ask that you keep confidential any proprietary processes, pricing, or methodologies I share with you during the engagement.
If your project requires a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), I am happy to sign one. Please request it before the project begins.
10. Termination
I reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at my discretion. Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice, subject to payment for work already completed.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable international business and digital service laws.
12. Changes to Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time. When I do, I’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of this website or engagement of my services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
For active project engagements, material changes to these Terms will be communicated directly and will require mutual agreement before taking effect.
